Return and refund policy

If a product is unsuitable, the customer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the order, in accordance with applicable legislation. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and unused.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.
To initiate a return, the customer must send an email to contact@elyziane.com specifying the order number and the reason for the return.
After receiving and verifying the product, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
