These terms and conditions govern the sale of cosmetic products offered on the website elyziane.com. The products offered are described and presented as accurately as possible. Photographs are not contractual.

Prices are shown in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT). Delivery charges are specified before order confirmation.
Any order placed on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.

Payments are secure and can be made by credit card, PayPal, or any other method offered by Shopify. Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer during checkout. Delivery times are generally between 2 and 7 business days, depending on the destination.

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for products that have been unsealed or used for hygiene reasons.
